It should work 24×7 if made well. I don’t think anyone can answer this question as we need to use and look for any issue. Most of the devices today are designed for continuous usage and hence should not matter at all.

Im using this for 3 months, I use this 24/7 .. i plug it in when the battery is low. there is indicator to indicate that the battery is low. The battery usually lasts up to 5 hours depending on # of devices connected!!! it gets heated up but no issues yet.
