need help regarding new acc. on paylpal. 61 rs. Deduced frm acc. why?
I creat a new account on paylpal and 61 rs deduced from my acc..is dere any charges to creat a paypal acc.

u must have tried to verify ur card. they deduct 1 dollar but will return it back.

You opened with your credit card right?
This is just for verification process! You need to check your account statement for the amount deducted in USD and enter in the verification page at paypal site. Then this amount will be refunded to you.
