OLA CABS REVIEW??

As per my personal experience their service has been excellent. However you might face issues in getting the cab in the night because they have only a few guys driving during night and a few of them are rarely interested coming to pick you up if you are paying by Ola money as they lose a part of their Commission if we pay them using Ola money..
Anyway what happened with me was I wanted to go to my house in Kurla from CST station at 1.30am and I had booked 2 cabs well in advance however when I got a call from the driver I found out that one was in chembur and another one was in mankhurd both of which are atleast 25-30km from CST. Ola did not have any cab nearby. I didn’t call the driver to come to pick me up as it didn’t make sense if them had to drive more than 25km to pick me up and drop me 17km away. Finally I had to settle with the normal Cabs.
Well this was a one off situation however apart from this it has been excellent. But I would still not trust them if I had get onto a flight. I would take that risk to be honest.

I used it last week when I was in Pune. I booked a sedan but got normal car instead and charged the same for normal car. however I didnt pay anything as I used 500 ola cash.

btw.. I dnt have anything against ola to say as they are just a mediator, I am not sure if anyone knows OLA model. driver owns a car register themselves with OLA and ola provides them business and charges some 15% per booking

At least in Bangalore they have become pathetic. You make a booking on their app and start praying that the driver shows up.
Since last Sunday i have tried booking cab from them 3 times and every time i had to wait on the road for close to an hour and call their customer care multiple times. All 3 times the cab didnt come and when i called their call center they simple said we are sorry but we cant help you.

i booked 5 cabs today out of which 4 were cancelled and i was not even informed about cancellation . i called the customer care and they told me that no other cab is available nearby so i had to search for local taxi which is the next difficult thing after IRCTC tatkal tickets .

go ahead and book the cab but always have an alternative if ola cabs is unable to pick u up at the desired time .

if it is night/early morning pick ups its better to stick to good old Meru or easy cabs.

I have been using OLA Cabs for quite some time & most of the drivers give their numbers & ask to call them when they are needed if they are around & then give discounts if engaged directly as they have to give commission & the commission is what they give me in discount.

As far as I am getting befitted, fcuk I care

because he misused it .. I too have 2000 credits ..Thank god ..its working fine as of now ,

Anyone can misuse it … how do they identify the misuse …. Uber detects it while bookimh through same mobile app…. Exact usecase how ola finds it … can anyone describe their incident …

I was at MG Road, Bangalore tonight. Tried booking a cab between 10-11pm at different intervals but no luck! As per the app, there were no cabs available nearby.

Earlier it used to be very prompt.
Don’t just rely on OLA if u have to catch a flight/arrive timely .

Same happened with me when i changed my phone number in ola app.i had all genuine referrals still they did this.let us find the email address of ola ceo and ask him to stop these referral schemes if they cant honor them

Well the cancellation happens from drivers side that is because they have some kinda loss when a customer pays using Ola money.
Ps. This is something what one of the Ola drivers said to me.

I used Ola in Pune…my experience with Ola is way better than Wings and Traveltime in Pune…..only thing is instant booking you may not get…you have plan in advance……otherwise doing well…….:-}

for pune.. people cant try country cabs.. I found there service is good.

I check the ola cab review of people on their fb page..almost 90% people are dissatisfied with their service..in one post i found that they they charge extra money if u r stuck in traffic jam….really sounds funny.
