Once ordered Item cannot be cancelled in Ebay

You can cancel the order by contacting the seller, explain him the situation. I once ordered 2 macbook and cancelled one with mutual consent from seller as they have authority to cancel orders in their dashboard.

contact the seller and request him to cancel one order. I had got the orders cancelled directly from seller couple of times.

yes seller can cancel but still seller have to pay selling fees for the product so if he will cancel order he will be in loss

Nope, ebay refunds the seller fees (including listing fees) if the sale is cancelled. Also, if the seller does not agree to cancel, you can refuse to take delivery of the shipment. Ebay will automatically reverse the charges as soon as the delivery deadline is exceeded.

Have you tried the mobile call to seller?

if the seller cancels the transaction from his side, do the buyer have to accept the cancellation or its auto cancelled. also are the selling fees auto reversed on cancellation.

is it good than UPI process

we can’t cancel orders in eBay and we receive defective product we can claim for it but it will be just a formality as decision will be always in favour of seller.. so beware from eBay ..its my personal experience for 2 different orders..

I had ordered Nikon d3300 cam, and have decided to cancel the order next day…but neither ebay nor seller could cancel it because seller was saying he dispatched it already (although after 2 long days shipping details came) I talked to seller and ebay customer service team multiple times and they both in the end suggested me for not to accept the delivery when it reaches to me, only that way an order can be cancelled…
you can explain the reason for cancellation to them , my refund now shows as being initiated not sure exactly when will i get them to my bank account, but i hope after 10 more working days i should get that.

Had ordered a tempered glass from Ebay which was defective. Requested for a Paisapay refund and got approved after 7 days. It has been more than a month since then but I have not yet received the refund. Does it usually take that long?

most of the time seller is having a right to cancel the order at anytime before shipping,after shipping the ball will be in the buyer’s court.
why most seller’s dont cancel from their side is they will pay the 1% of the total value as the listing fees in case of mobiles. main thing is if the seller cancelled the transaction ebay will think that the problem is with seller, so the listing fees is not reverted back. he will be in losses.
so guys plz dont blame others for ur mistakes. it is not easy to deal with ebay, not everu seller and buyer is fraud.

ebay is dangerous to deal compared with the the likes of FK and SD… as returns and refunds take a long time…

i ordered a stabilzer, which is received broken, seller donno what is communication… i mailed him with no reply…. then raised a dispute, seller did not pickup call…
then ebay told me to ship the item… and told me they will give shipping in the form of coupons ( ) … and funnnier part is now the seller is mailing me repeatedly to give feedback and accept receiving the item… i clearly told him, i gave him -ve feedback and rasied a dispute, again he is mailing me the same give feedback and accept that i received the item… luks like the seller don’t know the meaning of inbox

and it is a week now and still i have not even received the refund(that too mobikwik wallet)…

NO, he had a feedback of 50+ with 96% positive… now it has become 88%…there was no protection for the package at all and he sent it through prefessional couriers
