Don’t get swayed . There are few dimers who are in direct employment of cheatdeal per se and they post only for it.

After the huge furor on SNAPDEAL sending bar of soap instead of mobile (see firstpost.com), only a fool will purchase from them..

I had personal experience with cheatdeal too..

CHEATDEAL sellers will send factory-second items that they would have kept as a display piece in their showroom. Stay away from them – all fraud & rejects by flipkart have now ganged up with SNAPDEAL.

Once you unpack, it will be crystal clear – dust in the body, TV set in demo mode, dents at few places etc. On the other hand, if you purchase from any offline shop – the TV is sent to customer’s home directly from Warehouse instead from showroom.

First TV (AOC 42") that I had bought from SNAPDEAL was defective. I had to run from pillar to post to get a refund. But I was fool enough to buy the next TV (LG 42") also from SNAPDEAL, and they sent me a factory second display piece for all my effort.

At this point I am too tired to start another round of return & refund, so just accepted my fate. But I have made it a mission to educate all prospective buyers of SNAPDEAL about their fraudulent practices. And I will keep posting in every forum that I come along.

Would have long retired but I am in a bind mate!! Will have to chug along as long as you keep posting cheatdeal ‘deals’.

wish there was a similar deal from samsung, unfortunately, a smart led 48’ would cost 58k on ebay with dealers warranty

I myself blacklisted snapdeal long ago.no matter how less the price i will never buy.Advice other dimers to stay away,Couple of weeks ago seen a complaint on news how a customer received ‘stone’ instead of mobile(from nellore,AP) from snapdeal.

Then its time you blacklist flipkart too. And after few days Amazon. Offline retailers rock.

I blacklisted Snapdeal coz when I ordered a stone, the idiots sent me a phone!

That’s not done. You should have spammed every Snapdeal deal with this under the banner " Janhit me jaari "

..there’s always a bit of risk involved when you buy online, but the risk can be minimized by choosing good website and more importantly good seller…it’s strange that when we buy from ebay, we are very particular about seller ratings, but we do not exercise same prudence while buying from other sites..be it snapdeal, shopclues, flipkart or amazon, one should always look carefully at the seller ratings and reviews..this would ensure satisfactory experience 9 out of 10 times

Well i am really sorry for giving negative rating to this deal but i too had a bad experience with SnapDeal, they blocked my money for 20 days and on top of that kept lying as well as that my product has been dispatched and not being delivered because of courier issues.

When i enquired with Blue Dart, this is the reply i have got from them, so u can judge the credibility of Snapdeal.

Ya, but once i sent this mail of Blue Dart to snapdeal, they refunded my amount, without giving their point of view, if they wud have been , they wud have surely objected to the claims made by Blue Dart.

The problem with snapdeal was that i was able to book TV at a very good price as they were competing with Flipkart on 06 Oct, and later on they must hv find that they cant sell at this price and kept making excuses.

My advice will be never buy high value items from Snapdeal or go for COD, since you have not faced problems with Snapdeal, you might be having diffrent opnions.

I faced all this and their customer service is pathetic, you wont be able to reach up to their executive coz of heavy rush nd even if u reach, he will just keep escalating ur issues to concerned team, nothing more. and on twitter they will keep copy pasting their reply.

final word i will never buy from Snapdeal, you people can keep on doing till you dont face any hardship.
