Can anyone find any option to pay via payzapp on quikwallet ??
Do we need to pay via payzapp wallet vcc to avail this offer?

They’ve sent emails to HDFC customers today and in that the validity is extended till 31st Aug.

There’s a overall cap of 2000 across all categories.
It means u will only get 2000 as cash back even if u spent more than 10,000 rs.

SO they removed 20 % cashback on recharges category from Payzapp offer of July month?

Clearing the air about cashback. I got the following reply about Adding money to wallet card and Cashback validity on spending from it :
As per your query, we request you to kindly follow the below mentioned steps to load money in HDFC PayZapp Wallet:

1. Go to HDFC PayZapp Home
2. Click on Send Money option
3. Click on the coins icon on the upper right corner of the screen to add funds to your PayZapp Card.
4. Only Visa / Master HDFC Debit / Credit Card can be used.

The 20% Cashback offer is valid on any transaction made through PayZapp by amount paid through wallet card or linked card (Debit/Credit) also.

But I still have one doubt:
This rs 2000 max cashback is Separately for July and August (2000 each month) or together?

For now only hdfc card is accepted. My 500 from sbi card is stuck for what 15 days now. No proper refund.

No i did not get any. Those HDFC ba*****s are saying – I did not do the trxn through Payzapp. But i submitted all proofs including screenshots of trxn history, ref number etc. but they are now saying – You may have used the Payzapp card – but u did not select the “Pay with Payzapp” option in Quickwallet. This is rubbish. I did not see any Pay with Payzapp option in Quickwallet back then in August. Their terms and conditions then only mentioned about using Payzapp wallet card or any linked HDFC bank debit/credit card.
I had however loaded money in Payzapp card, and used the payzapp card to make payments at Quickwallet to be on safe side. But still ended up on the losing side.
I followed up 4-5 times now, but they are just bullsh****g – even followed up with senior executives and floor head – but no luck.
Have given up now.

Once an organisation grows so large, it is very difficult to get proper customer support. I paid on Smartbuy (a HDFC site), using a HDFC credit card. The transaction did not go thru. The Smartbuy customer care charges 3 or 6 Rs per minute on calls! And, it never connects. They have no email contact on their site. Even the HDFC bank relationships managers say they cant get to Smarbuy. Imagine the plight of customers? So, what does that say about HDFC? There are some conveniences they are providing, that is why they are growing, but that does not mean they care for customers. If all is well, HDFC is fine. If things go bad, it is horror. So, good service these days is that by some strange chance things go less bad at HDFC than others, not by any focussed effort by them. So much for customer care!

I contacted thru email . They did not even bother to respond. Taking customers for a ride
