I have ordered twice and both the times I received perfectly original and unbroken products. In case of broken products it’s not the fault of Paytm but of the courier company.

Purchased a Prestige Product at just 25% Cashback, so most probably 45% offer is not applicable on all Prestige Products. But in case of Borosil 45% offer is available on the entire range.

I have a feeling that seller puposefully sent broken glasses, it happened with three of our friends(could be logistics issue) but I still feel many sellers at paytm are not credible.

Might be logistics issue. Ordered two borosil items on separate dates. Both arrived intact.

Were you successful in getting your money back?

No, my wife wrote to them but instead they replied saying our shipment will reach us in 7-10 days. Out of set of 6 pcs one came broken since we did not bother to write to them again.

I guess logistics issue particularly in your area, or just unlucky you
