No. it has VGA connectivity so you may need TV tuner card to watch TV on this.

How about connecting a stick pc to it and making it a desktop in 10-12k? Worth it??

To use any monitor as a TV or stick pc or to connect raspberry pi, you need a hdmi port. This monitor doesn’t have hdmi port. Useless product.

You can buy Dell S2240L

if it has any HDMI interface then HD settop box could directly be connected with it wothout any tv tuner stick. Njoy the TV on the same

Also you have to buy speakers and make sure that the monitor has an audio out port. Dell S2240L has audio port

yes that is mandatory. Sorry I forgot to mention that. if the monitor has inbuilt speakers it fine. else it must have an audio out port to connect to the external speakers
