yes. Same happened in my case also. Waited 20 days on mailing but got cash back within 2 days after posting on Facebook

ordered 4 times through Paytm in cashback offers. Till date no issues.
Though of course you have to remind paytm team everytime for cashback after delivery of the product
Ordered 3 items, all got delivered and received cash back…in case if people are missing, after the order was delivered go to My Orders, click on your order and claim the cash back and it would be instant…

U wont get automatically U have to click cashback on your account
I too received the instant cashback after claiming from screen ‘Your order’.
Me too all orders recieved, and all prepaid cashbacks initiated manually, on COD orders you have to wait for some time till paytm recieves your money, thats usually seven days.
I think the problem is there when you return a product, one of friends did that and is still struggling for refund

ok got it in paytm/shop
i’ve order 4 items so far..only 1 of them got delivered. other 3 are shipped. I was not satisfied with my product delivered idance 40 music headset. I mailed them after 5 days got reply from saying that I should ship the product on my own and refund will be made after 3 to 4 weeks.
they do not have the facility to return pickup from the order..
also they are not giving any courier charges if we send them. My product is 145 rs, I have no other option to keep the product with me.
Also their response to the query through mail is very slow….You need to have a lot of patience in dealing with them. especially with returning and cancelling the products.
my personal experience is do not buy products incase if u have any doubts on products …and dont want to return or cancel d product

till now i am very satisfied with paytm. around 11-12 orders in total. got them very cheap and genuine products.

Same with me.I ordered a Branded Dosa Tawa and they sent some Roadside tawa on some dabba packing but the Invoice sent along with it says sent What I had ordered.
Raised a complaint.Need to see how the issue will be reolved.
By the way seller is Sarvmangal on paytm.
Don’t buy from this seller on paytm.

you will have to mail them. you can’t call them. just click on your order number with which you are having problem and go to the option of contact us and ask for return. they don’t offer replacement/exchange yet.

Those Paytm loosers are absconding, not replying to any mails. Don’t know when they refund our money.
Whoever praising them here, most of them are not genuine buyers, might be eating their affiliate money/commission and praising. Only few lucky ones might got their orders fulfilled. We are real culprits going through these fake reviews and buying blindly and getting scammed.

In my view, any complaint abt paytm should be mention on their facebook page.During Indiatoday(not remmember exact name of magazine)I paid 1200 and offer was 1400 paytm cash.After 1 month I didn’t get 1400 paytm cash.As soon as I complained at there facebook page, They immediately credited my ac with 1400 paytm cash.
