I have received Phillips BG 2024/15 Shaver from Paytm with Box tampered.There is no customer care no for Paytm.The seller has given a no where they have fake customer care recordings which ask u to feed order id and press key nos and say wrong id.
I will sue PayTm if they dont replace it with genuine product.
I had already asked them to give genuine product. fraud Million Lights Banglore PIN 560027

PS: I’m not against the fake seller. I got a ceramic tile instead of a laptop. But i sent the unboxing video to paytm customer care.

plz call…0120-3062244 and type 1 first and 2 next and press # and then 1 again…
then provide order number to customer care..
if urgent please call them,they will take more time in replying…they will ask for photos..make it ready and send them in mail immediately..
last month i called them for rs.190 
for replacement of damaged product..cost about rs.40000
atlast i got it after escalating to all top management…

My friend also got used micromax mobile from paytm but unable to return as he opened after 2 weeks.

I was so much excited to receive the product. They have packed it with a box labeled Nova and it says pls be reassured product inside is genuine.
As I opened it I was totally disappointed.
Sometimes I feel Flipkart and Amazon give genuine electronic products i.e. verified sellers.
PayTM gives no guarantee. I am regretting I should be bought it from Flipkart.

wrong place for this thread – though adding my experience WITH online king ( OnlineKing )!
got HGST ( Hitachi) 1tb normal harddisk ( Touro mobile) instead of HGST Touro pro hard disk ( 7200 RPM)
now the coupon is not valid and paytm says they can refund the amount and take back the product!
meanwhile, amount spent for the hdd ( 4442 or so) stuck with them. had to shell out extra money for the trolley purchase etc.
have my own doubts if this is a game played by both the seller and paytm!

Have stopped buying from these shitheads, 5/5 orders failed…always receiving wrong/fake/used item or not receiving anything at all.

Sorry guys because I respect paytm and they honoured my return request. If they hadn’t done it then, I would post it on social media. BTW, here are some videos by other guys who received fake products.

So, my piece of advice would be( To buyers) – Buy carefully, Don’t go always against the percentage of discount or the cheaper rate.
Pay some extra 1000 bucks and get a good product. (Well, this is desidime, but my advice)
There is something what the world calls, “After sales service” at which Paytm has been the worst.

even sellers are cheated on paytm, i am a seller on paytm and recently
A buyer purchased 10pcs of makers gift packs for rs 6149 on 15 july 2015 having
order no :-109***4731 and i dispatched the 10pcs in a big carton box weighing
4990 gms awb :- *1950***50421 (Delhivery) . The product was delivered to
the buyer on 20th July and on the same day buyer has raised the claim with
paytm that she has received partial product after that i contacted the
buyer to know the reason of her claim then she told me that she has
received *only 2 pcs instead of 10 and i told her that its not possible
because i have sent 10pcs and asked her if the quantity was only 2 pcs then
why she accepted the parcel because the parcel i have sent was quite big
and heavy and one can easily know by looking at the parcel that it contains
multiple quantities not just only 2pcs then she didn’t answer my question
and just said her mom received the parcel and the product was returned
to me and the package i received was pretty small and contains only 2 pcs
even the fabrics inside the gift pack is not what i sent to the buyer
i.e 1 pc of trouser and shirt fabric is exchanged with some other fabric.The
case is clear case of cheating done by the
buyer did sent the correct product with correct
quantity, the weight of the parcel can prove that but the paytm refunded the money to the buyer without contacting me and now i have to fight paytm to get my money but nobody is listening to me . can anybody help me in this case ?
