anyways you need to take the statement of your card and send it to Payumoney. Or you can also ask them for the reference no of the refunds and get in touch with your bank.

lots of people are using this site for 10% discount. They are taking advantages of this.. They have not credited refund of my three orders.. From this we can make out how they are cheating us. and they are saying me that they have fully refunded the amount in my debit card. But reality is that they have not refunded me yet….

refund in bank happens really late in india, its not fault of ecommerce companies its bank who take the time in that entire process of refunds… i got my refunds quickly, sometimes it happens due to some errors in process/communications dont judge any company too soon…

Its already 15 days passed and on 17 oct the payumoney had claimed that they have refunded full amount and it will reflect in 4-5 days in my bank. but still now no amount from them have come in my debit card. even i twitted this on twitter and also posted this on facebook. but no reply from there side.

Please try contacting them first … because they are usually quick in refunds .. try on monday and do let us know. I am sure its something technical not intentional.. all the best and do not stress much you sure will get back money.

dont say its a cheater site..i believe there is some sort of miscommunication..

surely they will refund.. just be patience and have a follow up with them.

I agree with dimer daddy it is the best but maybe you might a few unlucky one anyways even I had received my refund in like 15 20 days so I guess it’s normal but I would suggest you to ask them for ARN number with the help of that you can contact your bank and then track the refund. Infact payumoney themselves give you the ARN number in case it does not reflects in your account so I guess it would be easy for you to get it if they genuinely refunded.

Hey. i have a payment gateway from payu money. dont call someone fraud unless they deny you refund.

delay can be dealt with either communication or action. if your communication has failed. then send them the proofs and threaten them with legal action.

Nobody would want to lose millions for sake of 1000 odd. if you still cant get help then pm me i will help you get the money.(at no extra cost )

Sometimes you need to contact your bank for the refund. A similar situation happened with me with Sendly, where they claimed they had refunded, but I did not see any refund. I e-mailed my bank and soon it was there.

Not sure whose fault it was.
