SBI Card will send E-GV codes to eligible cardholders by SMS/Email by 31st Aug’15.
Eligible cardholders will be decided basis transactions done on Utilities and Insurance MCCs as defined by VISA/MasterCard. SBICPSL shall not consider any transaction not following within the purview of these MCC definitions.
e-GV will be valid from 31st Aug’15 till 31st Oct’15.

If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder at any time during the Program period, or before dispatch of the Gift, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder
If the Cardholder becomes delinquent at any time during the Program period or before dispatch of e-GV, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder.
SBICPSL shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the e-GV.
Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 16th September 2015. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant/Manufacturer.
SBICPSL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart from this exclusive program as mentioned in the communication.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Program  shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and SBICPSL will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
Any disputes arising out of the Program shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program or completely withdraw program at any time without prior notice to the cardholders.
These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card of SBICPSL. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
