PS: Don’t buy Philips TV online. You’ll have to pay installation charges from 1100-1400rs even if you buy from Amazon etc.

Called the philips cc and they will tell you the same, if purchased online have to pay installation charges. If offline from stores, no installation charges.

Another point: Philips is offering 3 years extended warranty if you have purchased it. You have to register at philips for the same.

No idea but it’s better to contact the cc prior purchasing the TV online. The t&c are changed and sites like Flipkart haven’t updated yet. Check reviews on Amazon for any Philips TV, you will see people are complaining about the installation charges.

I came to know all this as I bought Philips TV couple of days back to gift my cousin during Rakhi festival. I actually ordered from Amazon than had doubts regarding the installation charges. Contacted the cc and they told me to contact Philips which I did and they told me 1400rs for the TV installation. Cancelled my order, went to the local store, bought the same TV with 200rs less price than Amazon and got installation free.
