II. Offer
All customers who have successfully completed a ticketing transaction using the Pockets VISA card on the Bookmyshow website or the Bookmyshow app will get an additional cashback of 20% capped at a maximum of Rs 200 during the Offer Period.
The offer is not available for payments to other wallets, Bill payment, mobile recharges and movie ticketing transactions done using other service providers.
Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
Customers will be eligible for one cashback per month during the offer period.
In order to participate in the Offer,
Customer visits the BookmyShow websites/app and selects the ticket of their choice
In the payment option selects "Pockets by ICICI Bank” and enters the Pockets wallet number, CVV and validity dates. Confirm the transaction with the VISA 3D secure pin and completes the transaction.
Customers who successfully complete the transaction will get a 20% cashback upto a maximum of Rs 200 credited into their Pockets wallet within 7 working days.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 21, 2016 and ending on May 31, 2016, both days inclusive
The Pockets cashback offer will not be applicable in case the Pockets wallet has crossed the permissible limits. The Pockets wallet limit cannot exceed Rs.10,000 at any point in time
Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer

I went ahead to check that out. It was calculated risk. At worst I would loose 20/40 for transfer to bank at 2% charge.
BMS transfer to bank is working fine at website at 2% upfront charge.
Try sending email to [email protected] for confirming your doubt, The same would be base for your argument later if cashback does not come.
