how to know whether the item in box is E3 or C3???

in flipkat tracking id it is wriiten Sony Xperia C3,
and cc will always tell what they see on site they are useless ,
ask them to please transfer call to senior / supervisor in flipkart cc so that confirm it and write down their name who confirm it as Xperia C3 , if it is C3 then it will be good .
or any meber who got it delivered please confirm it as c3 or e3 .
