As per my conversation with DishTV CC guy he confirmed that we’re allowed to switch back to lower pack after one month. And anything special about your subscription? means you’re on regular pack or any special offer pack?

I think you’re not eligible for this offer coz you’re not on any monthly chargeable pack that can be upgraded to next higher pack. But please do call DishTV CC for clarification!
