This is the classical story of a company that failed to adapt itself in terms of changing shoppers needs and so fell by the wayside.
Enlists extremely BAD sellers. My one mobile battery did not work. One LED floodlight stopped working in two months. Three item were totally smashed up when received etc. 
Customer service tells you to mail back smashed up/non working items at customer’s own cost and get coupons in exchange which are freely available on the Net anyway.
Usually does not respond or takes too long to respond to email complaints. But while ordering, as soon as you put something in cart someone calls you to finalise the order. So, message is that they are willing to put extra effort in procuring orders and then spends none or very little effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
And to get money back it takes ages if at all and after countless emails.
Such review is being given as until my last order which was almost a year back.
Don’t think any change has at all happened in this company after that.
