Just return them? what else we can do
The invoice will be having the serial number /IMEI printed on it, its easy to identify the device with it
Just raise a return request

Nope….they said they can only refund me,and, also it takes 4 days +also no redmi prime again….full of risk

Actually it’s a Xiaomi’s fault.

Both the devices look similar. Even their box looks similar. There is no difference in the box apart from the model names above IMEI numbers. The main device name is also RedMi 2.

But this wasn’t certainly expected from Amazon.

I asked,for,a,replacement instead of refund….as i will not be happy. With refund….they said in next 2 or 3 days when stock is up they will replace f9r sure….else they refund
