Or you can buy another printer for Rs. 3718
How to identify before buying if a printer will accept refilled cartridge or not?

Is the cartridge refillable in SP100?
got this review from flipkart:
Detailed Review After 20 Days Usage:
Printers aren’t new for me, prior to this I had one L series printer from Epson and one HP All in one 1400 series printer. About the Epson printer, I’d contradict with one (spam) review written here, even though it offered ultra low cost, there were several problems, It was slow, frequent paper jam problem, blurry printing, not at all practical for mass printing requirement. About HP printer printer, well, with ultra high printing cost made it impractical for everything. Also one thing to keep in mind that both were inkjet printers, inkjet printer are incapable of printing easily machine readable barcodes (due to no sharp printing). I needed to print a lots of barcodes so laser printer was a must.
Before Buying this on FK I had a few doubts because of it’s super low pricing. Nevertheless this is genuine Ricoh India import so no problem when claiming the warranty. Infact, this product has been sourced from europe, maybe Ricoh overstacked there. You get tons of documentation in almost all european languages. However there is not a single very detailed manual. Anyway they have provided indian plug and indian warranty card, so that’s good. Printer has a manufacturing date of Oct’13 which I think isn’t bad at all. With the documentation, how stuff was packed I get the impression that Ricoh is very serious about the printing business. MRP on the printer was Rs. 14,990.
To keep my review simple I’ll put my points in pros and cons.
#PROS:
1. VFM: You simply can’t beat this price. The competitors are selling these features at 3x money.
2. Network Capable: (With respect to printers you get at this price) Having network capabilities is always a good thing. You can also print from your android device with the official app from ricoh.
3. Automatic Duplex: (With respect to printers you get at this price) with this you can print on the both sides of the paper. You can literally cut down on your paper cost with this feature. And meanwhile you get to save some trees too.
4. Two (plus one) input tray: Having two trays does open up new possibilities. You could have normal A4 size papers in Tray 1 (capacity 250 pages) and other non-A4 or pre-printed pages in the bypass tray (capacity 50 pages). You can buy an optional tray to increase the capacity by another 250 pages. It also has smart management. If it detects a tray has run out of paper, it will start fetching from another tray. It knows if a tray has papers or not even before starting the printing job.
5. Booklet: This is nothing but 4 pages being printed on a single sheet (ie 2 pages on each side) in a proper sequence. But what makes it rather interesting is, you can have printer programmed in such a way that, it’ll fetch high GSM paper (thick) from the bypass tray to do your front and back covers of your book while regular GSM papers from tray 1 to make up your rest of the pages of your book.
6. High speed printing: Once it starts printing, it takes only 2 secs for a page. For duplex page it takes about 5 seconds.
7. Ruggedness: It’s not a looker but it’s rugged. I haven’t faced any single issue so far. Not a single paper jam. It has an active heat dissipation system, that is, it has a cooling fan which will make sure it won’t overheat. At 12-14 kg you can also call this printer heavyweight.
8. Drivers: This is where it truly shines. No-nonsense drivers are only a few MBs big. It comes with PCL6 and PS3 drivers. To install this printer on a Windows machine all you have to do is go to control panel > Devices and Printers > Add a printer > Add a network printer > select the network printer then click ‘have disk’ (don’t bother with windows updates) locate ‘.inf’ file from PCL 6 folder. That’s all. Gone are the HP days where bloated drivers grinded the computers.
#CONS:
1. Toner Chip: Toner is refillable alright, as I confirmed with one seller and an authorised Ricoh distributor. But it has a chip which needs to replaced too. From different sources, I get confirmation that it can be done within Rs. 700 (chip + toner powder) which gives the yield of 2000 pages. I wished they had skipped the chip altogether like they have done with SP 100 models.
#Other Thoughts:
1. This is biggest or heaviest machine five thousands have ever bought.
2. Even though the power usage is high during the printing, it takes less time to print. So indirect it takes about same electricity per page.
3. It can print on various sizes paper. (not limited like Aficio sp 100).
4. I think it’s very easy to repair because most of the things can be pulled apart without needing a screw driver.
5. It has a switch at top back, which should be used when printing on envelopes.
Finally I’d rate this printer 6 stars out of 5 for the outstanding value for money it offers.
So we can refill
vuns…for the price.:-}

Still in stock at same price and not FPD yet? Suggested, although more suggestions shouldn’t really be needed for taking a deal like this to the Front page.
