I had ordered the pen drive.

They said that they didn’t apply the Rs.150 shipping charges due to technical fault.
So you have to pay 150 to get the order shipped.

Jus 2-3 days before they had very high shipping cost on every product… I tried placing an order of Microwave oven just to see shipping price, microwave oven was of Rs 4100/- and guess what shipping was Rs 2200/-…so total with taxes come out to be around Rs 7000/- while MRP was 7500/- … And then I got a call from them and they said Sir u tried placing an order with us for microwave oven…and u dint proceed further, may we know the reason…. I said you have very high shipping charges and on some product if I add shipping total even exceeds the MRP, why should a person buy from you factory second product, why he will not opt for original product….executive said that you can go to greendust franchisee to get it wothout shipping…i said sorry i don’t need… your shipping charges made me think again about your website genuineness…and guess what today they have removed shipping from all the products and same microwave oven is now priced at Rs 4700…with Rs 0 shipping … so I guess dey have reduced the shipping deliberately, its not technical fault …and den dey are calling their customers to get shipping charges after order have been placed …

@smartfriend:- why u dint said that it will make total price to be Rs 237 and im getting original product(not factory second) for less than 237..why would I pay 237 for factory second product if i can get the original for less price…try this…it works ;)

@all:: I think its a genuine deal….I called them few days back regarding Seagate hdd & discussed the issue of shipping charges…So they might have searched other portals & decided to waive off shipping…..
