It’s reliable as I have got at least 10 Cashback within 72 hrs as promised and even can be transferred to bank
But there are limitations like only 2 cash loads per day, 4 cash loads in a week etc

No promo code required only have to pay via wallet
But don’t know specifically about this offer because no update from cc yet

Shmart wallet is from atom tech an old player in m Commerce from 2006 like no pay but now acting like payment gateway after tie up with rathnakar bank
Atom is also a payment mode in many sites like pvr
