bhai logo be careful before buying large appliances from online retailers unless they have presence offline also like ezoneonline, vijaysalesonline etc. I checked with SONY customer care and they sent me a link to see which all sites have genuine SONY products with authorised dealers for SONY to honor the warranty. and in such case, WSretail, some retailers on SNAPDEAL and some on amazon are only honored by sony. No retailer from PAYTM was there hence this product will not have SONY INDIA warranty as mentioned on the page. I know some will pounce on me aafter this message but it is upto someone to decide.

By the way price is tempting becaues I recently bought KDL55W950B (FULL hd, smart inbuilt wifi, 3D, skype camera built in) from a retail store for quite high price compared to the price mentioned here despite getting 25% discount on MRP and as per my understanding SONY doesn’t offer too much discount say more than 15% or MRP.

Just a word of catuion which i forgot to mention above. some retailers are selling display pieces on online sites hence be careful. I was getting a 50 inch FULL HD, FULL LED (not EDGE LIT), SMART, 1000 Hz LG TV from a snapdeal retailer a year back on 50% MRP and upon enquiry I was told by the dealer that piece was used for display for 37 days.

it really depends on the seller for sure….good sellers will give you brand new items only with all bill and if you have bill you can claim warranty and if the company says it is not under warranty because from whom you bought is not an authorised seller, i think in that case you can even sue paytm (which is less likely to happen) for mentioning about warranty…
94 people have rated the seller good, i don’t think there can be any issue for warranty…
