This is not flipkart/amazon to receive things the very next day. It’s paytm and it takes time. My shipment is connected from Mumbai. Hopefully it will reach my city by day after tomorrow, which is a holiday (hence no delivery).

Post it on their FB wall. They will rectify it within a few hours. In fact, it was not working the other day too. I wrote on their FB page and they rectified it in a few hours.

If you buy any sony product or other, see there is sticker on the box mentioning MRP and Sony India address along with date of manufacture/import.
All these missing. got it

I just received the package. Here’s what I got:
SBH20 boxed pack in good condition (there is an adhesive tape seal but it is not clear if it has been opened and stuck back on)
Has Sony Mobile Sweden address
Has QR code that takes you to Sony SBH20 web site
An invoice from Bluetech for 2099

I am pretty certain Sony India Warranty wouldn’t apply.

Oops… How could I miss something so obvious? I saw that “Made in China” label and thought it should be ok. What a dumb ass I am!

How did you mark it for return? It’s not available in my order section for this item.

vivek ji.. go to paytm Fb page and message them regarding this, they will create return.

So everyone is getting imported ones? I have ordered sbh50 but havent received it yet.
