I had a worst experience of spice jet… They cancelled the entire Mumbai udaipur route forever. This was 40 days after I had booked the tickets. They did not offer alternative airlines tickets to compensate because now the tickets were more than double rate..
One more experience of my brother, he booked tickets and on airport realized that this ticket does not allow for any checking baggage whereas while booking there was no highlight about this aspect. No one reads full T&C of tickets before booking. This is to fool customers who are trapped looking at low fare tickets.
I’m never going to use spice jet…
