Terms and Conditions – Festive Rewards Offer for Credit Cards
1. This offer is valid for all Standard Chartered Bank Credit Cards excluding Emirates Credit Cards
2. Offer is applicable on Retail spends only and is not applicable for E-commerce transactions.
3. To avail offer customer needs to register and spend `10,000 or more to qualify for double rewards and
` 50,000 or more to qualify for triple rewards during the offer period.
4. Double rewards eligible customers to get double of the reward points and triple rewards eligible customers
to get triple of the reward points as per their Credit Card product feature.
Example: If Manhattan cardholders earn 5 rewards for every `150, double rewards eligible customers will now earn
10 rewards for every `150 and triple rewards eligible customers will earn 15 rewards for every `150.
5. There will be a Max rewards cap of 10, 000 reward points per customer during the offer period.
6. Customers who click on the link provided in the e-mailer or who have sent the SMS (‘JOY’ to 9987123123) from
the mobile number registered with the bank can only avail the offer
7. The offer is valid from October 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014.
8. International Retail spends are not eligible for the offer.
9. Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Facility to any Customer.
10. The Customer shall become ineligible to participate in this facility if his/her Card is cancelled before the
expiry of/during the offer Period.
11. The customer will be eligible for the regular reward points as applicable on his card.
12. The Promo reward points will be updated on or before January 15, 2015.
13. Below transactions are excluded for this promotion:-
a. Cash withdrawals
b. Dial- A- Loan
c. Balance Transfers
d. Fees, Interest, Charges levied by the bank
e. Late payment charges
14. The facility shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the facility shall be
deemed to be automatically withdrawn.
15. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
16. Any such participation in the Program by the Customer is voluntary.
17. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be
borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.
18. The Bank reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the
terms and conditions of the Facility at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Customer at
all times.
19. In case of a conflict, the terms and conditions in the card holders’ agreement will override any terms and
conditions given herein.
