The manual is not of much use symphony should really look into it. Since its made up of plastic I was reluctant in applying force while trying to open the cooling pad. I didn’t get any help from the manual. The products offers effective cooling both inside and outside the room. I would prefer you to use it as a window cooler for better results. Drain the water every week for longer life of the cooling pad. It comes with an handy drainage plug on it’s rear side. consumes very less electricity. I’ll add on to my review when summer hits it’s peak."

pls do not buy any symphony cooler
i have one and its pump was dysfunctional twice in 10 days
service is worst as after registering complaint they will respond after 3 days
and build quality is very very cheap
and fan is very weak
better buy any local made coolers you can get 2 coolers in this price
pump is having manufacturing defect in this model according to service center guy.
pls do not buy as they are selling this defective model as all time low prices
