dont buy it from shopclue…its wastage of money….my candle is not working from beginning…when asked tata swatch people..they asked Rs 550 to replace it.

Dont buy from shopclues. I purchased Tata Swach few months back from shopclues and same seller Crysal Impex and i recd with defective filter. Shopclues stopped responding when i asked them for replacement or refund after waiting for more than a month i finally called Tata Swach Support and luckily they replaced it.

I have always been mentioning the main point comes in case of contacting Customer Support how they respond, and not just saying I ordered a product and received and they are fine. Shopclues is best for Sunday Flea Market similar to road side shopping without expectations. Dont buy any costly products above Rs. 500 and have peace of mind staying away from Shopclues.

Even latest this month a Rs. 100 item purchased from Sunday FleaMarket was being just a Inscan for 20 days i contacted Shopclues as usual no response.

Don’t buy Tata Swach’s any product.
Some time it start giving black water with carbon. I have replaced 3 bulb(filter) all gives black water after filtration process. and Tata accepted that this is problem with Tata Swach. You can google it and you will find similar issue.
