in that price i want to know about customer service in india.,,mostly in chennai…..

i buy a fastrack watch before 10 months….stainless steel strap is broken….i simply go to titan care give the watch with bill….titan care change new strap for free……

if any problem with the watch what can i do?

they so have after sale service in India… but not in strap only on mechanism
I don’t know about fastrack, but these watches are more strong and the quality is better… unless you break it with your mistake… then I doubt if even fastrack can honor that with free replacement.. check the link for more details

and these are premium brands Comparing with fastrack and other Indian brands…no comparison in brand value…if you are brand Conscious like me then you can understand
sometimes it’s more than service… its about what your wearing… which brand it is… am very brand conscious… So its big deal for me… I won’t wear a fastrack after I have guess…Tommy hilfiger… sector or ice or toy watch… So it all depends if ur brand conscious like me or not

Nothing for me with toy watches.. am not their brand ambassador… yes the watch is not their on their page because this is an old model… maybe that’s why they are clearing the stock
now isn’t it about best price??
