Buy at your own risk, Transcend does not have any service centers in INDIA. All atleast in Mumbai are shut down

Transcend & Kingston have very poor service

It was selling around 1700 but I ignored it coz of no after sale service available in India..
Recently I faced issue with a transcend product and they have no customer care number and no service center in any city..only way to contact is through email in which they gives address to chennai and bangalore repairing centre to which we have to ship products at our own risk and expense along with return charges ..So guys better avoid transcend any product in future if you get it at half price also coz product if stopped working , your money and product will go into trash.

Very bad. Transcend products are good quality wise. Why don’t they put up a few more service centres?
