you stole words from my mouth. I was about to say the same thing . Uber knows very well that most of their drivers refuse airport trips but uber chooses to ignore the complainUber more number of rides over customer service . Customer service be damned .

True, I missed the flight once due to this. The driver refused to take the trip after wasting my 20 minutes.

For Uber BLR, customer service is all about the refunding the money they charged.

Never faced an issue for airport trips i mostly book using Uber x or ola prime for airport because they take you quickly and no refusals by drivers

Now this is changed.. Drivers have target to complete certain number of rides in a day… and if they take airport drops , then they lose at least 2 to 3 hours time…. NOW Uber started counting as 2 rides for driver when they do Airport pickupsORdrops…
and one more thing they reject is , if any person books uber at Airport , then that booking goes to uber driver who came first. Like First Come FIrst Serve kind of… Queue procedure…
