You may have crossed bill of more than 300 or equal to value of your free ride…so balance amount was deducted from your paytm wallet.

That’s true but remember that sometimes Uber gives region specific codes within a particular city? So I was thinking if this is Gurgaon region only in the NCR region of Uber operations.

No, I have already applied the coupon in the account before the max redemption limit. The coupon is still active in the account but it didn’t get used up for the ride.

took a ride in Kolkata which ended at 7.30pm… promo was applied but dint get the ride for free… was charged 195Rs from my wallet… :/

btw now i notice that the promo has been removed from my account…
it has been officially deactivated guys!!!

please find below the response I got from Uber:

The promotion code PEPSICOEMPGGN is only applicable for trips taken in New Delhi from 02/24/15 8:35PM IST to 03/ 1/15 11:59PM. The last two trips you have taken early this March were for Bangalore. Each promotion has different terms and applicable vehicle options. You can always login to your account at https://ub…om to see the details of promotions, and they will also be displayed when you apply the code to your account in the app.

The promotion was removed earlier from my account, now it shows active, valid till 8th March.

Those from Delhi NCR check your account if you have applied the promotion earlier.
