Amazon.in Super Value Day Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions
1. Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.ama...in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding ebooks and apps.

2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

3. This Amazon.in Super Value Day Gift Card promotion offer (“Offer”), is valid for a period of 2 days only, commencing from 1st July, 2016 12:00 AM to 2nd July, 2016 11:59 PM, (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

4. Under this Offer, any person who purchases any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in OR on the ‘Amazon Now App’ (“Purchaser”) during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 100 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 300 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser shall be entitled to receive one Gift Card worth INR 600 if the value of such purchase order is equal to or greater than INR 3000 during ‘Super Value Day’. The Purchaser would be entitled to the Gift Card provided that the purchase order is not cancelled by either Purchaser or seller, and the purchased product should not have been returned or refunded by the Purchaser.

5. This Offer is valid if the value of a single order made by the Purchaser, from the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in OR from the ‘Amazon Now App’, alone is equal to or more than INR 1000 but less than INR 2000 to receive an INR 100 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 2000 but less than INR 3000 to receive an INR 300 Gift Card, or is equal to or more than INR 3000 to receive an INR 600 Gift Card. The Purchaser shall not be eligible for getting the Gift Card if he places multiple orders individually less than INR 1000 but cumulatively aggregating to INR 1000, INR 2000 or INR 3000 on products in the ‘Super Value Day Store’ OR in the ‘Amazon Now App’. For example, if the Purchaser places 5 different orders from within the ‘Super Value Day Store’ OR from the ‘Amazon Now App’ of Rs. 200 each, he shall not be eligible for the Offer. Similarly, if a customer places 3 Orders of INR 1000 each, he shall be eligible only for the INR 100 Gift Card offer.

6. The Offer can be availed by one customer only once in the ‘Super Value Day Store’ and only once in the ‘Amazon Now App’. In case of multiple orders of eligible products from the Super Value Day Store, the highest eligible order would be considered. For example, if a customer places 3 separate orders from products shown in the ‘Super Value Day Store’ of INR. 3001, INR. 1000 and INR 2010 and places 3 separate orders from products shown in the ‘Amazon Now App’ of INR. 3002, INR. 1001 and INR 2011, the INR 3001 transaction would be considered from the ‘Super Value Day Store’ and the INR 3002 transaction would be considered from the ‘Amazon Now App’ and customer would be eligible for a single INR 600 Gift Card for the INR 3001 transaction and a single INR 600 Gift Card for the INR 3002 transaction only.

7. This Offer is not valid on purchase of products not listed in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in or not listed in Amazon Now App.

8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer of Amazon or promotion running on Amazon.in.

9. Only those orders which are worth over 1000 individually are eligible for the Super Value Day offer. Multiple orders cannot be combined to claim the offer.

10. Each Seller Cart in Amazon Now App is considered as an individual order.

11. On Amazon Now App, the offer is applicable only for orders placed on 1st – 2nd July.

12. On Amazon Now App, the offer is applicable on the ‘Ordered Value’ of the orders placed on 1st – 2nd July. For example, an order placed on 2nd July on Amazon Now App, for delivery scheduled on 3rd July, will be eligible for offer but an order placed on 30th June on Amazon Now App, for delivery scheduled on 1st July, will be not eligible for offer – this eligibility basis the offer T&Cs.

13. Each subscription under Subscribe & Save is considered as an individual order.

14. Gift cards are brought to you by Hindustan Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, PepsiCo, ICICI Bank and other partners.

15. The Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 60 days from the date of purchase.

16. For Amazon Now App orders, the Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 60 days from the date of order delivery.

17. Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

18. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

19. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.

1. What is the offer? Get a gift card worth additional 10% on ICICI Bank Net banking, Credit and/or Debit Card on purchase of Rs. 1000 and above. The offer is valid only on 1st and 2nd July 2016 on selection on the page Super Value Day Store and Amazon Now App

2. How can I avail this offer? Each time you transact on the site on Super Value Day Store or on Amazon Now App, you need to have a transaction of Rs. 1000 and above. There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process.

3. What is the value back that I can get?

The value back is as per the below slabs

7. What is the minimum purchase that I need to do with this card?

Terms and Conditions

I have received only ₹600 GV for June purchase, even though I made payment via ICICI Bank, for previous month I had received ₹900 GV, I think ICICI offer is only once per card and not for every months purchases.

I availed it last month, so can I avail it again?

Nothing like that. I received 900 gv for both May and June and also purchased today with same card.

Just called Amazon customer service and they told me that I will get ₹300 voucher before 30th July. Also the offer is applicable once per debit card per month i.e every month we can get GC worth ₹900

What about amazon now app, if we buy any products from this can we get cashback, if so whether all items are eligible or only few items. I cannot see offer details on any of the product page like we see in website.

In June, additional GV from ICICI was only for debit/credit card, not for netbanking. Maybe you paid by netbanking, so got only Amazon GV of 600

This offer is for ONCE per month per amazon user. If you make multiple purchases above 1000, you will get GV only for one purchase of largest amount.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. Last month also I received only 500 + 100 (on claim from AMAZON customer care). Remaining 300/- still not credited & was promised 60 days time period from June 1st..
