No warranty… No returns… This is eBay so no real support to customers… Most probably they will send you a stone in nice packing instead of phone… Then you can hit yourself on the head with it for making the mistake of buying on eBay…
Lol…I hav ordered a One Plus X… it’s delivery is today…. But I’m more satisfied From buying from Amazon…. Atleast I can claim if something goes wrong!!
Friends, it’s as safe on ebay too. After you make payment on ebay and place order, the money stays with ebay, they don’t immediately release it to the seller. On successful shipping, delivery and your receipt confirmation with basic evaluation of the item, they release it. And of course, if it’s COD, you are safer. Having said that, it’s obviously more convenient for flipkart and amazon as their free doorstep pickup facility for returns is available. For ebay, you have to bear the burden, but I’m not sure whether the cost too.

Not at all safe… An acquaintance bought an HTC mobile worth 33K from them- He was sent a duplicate chinese mobile worth less than 5K. Even after raising complaints and sending photos and involving akosha etc, ebay did absolutely nothing… Stood rock solid behind the crook seller… The customer for ebay is a tool to extract money out…They do not at all support. My friend was left poorer by 33K, the crook seller enjoys and ebay is happy…

Hmm, I take your point. There are in deed some crooked sellers. But a company like ebay not taking cognisance of the customer’s complaint is a matter of concern and shame. The aggrieved customers in such cases must not leave it unfinished. From customer care to Akosha or Haptik or CORE (core.nic.in) or any such forum and finally to district consumer court. I am sure it’d be resolved at some stage, and may be with compensation! There are success stories galore.

Another point – one should look at the seller rating and reviews before buying and stay away from those with negative ones. Usually such sellers are the ones who send stone in a mobile phone box. Huh!
I agree with Ranga. Ebay is no where near as customer centric as amazon or even flipkart. Amazon will help u even if you lie about the product you received. whereas the opposite is true with sites like ebay. It isnt hard to prove ebay’s culture isnt centered around customer happiness. There may be some good stories but for the majority, one has to rely solely on the seller rating and hope everthing goes well. I just prefer not to order from ebay anything above 2k.
OK guys, do u really think, that eBay is gonna advertise this offer so much and then send u a stone??? For that matter, there have been instances of flip kart and snap deal doing that as u very well know.
As far as I know even eBay’s policy is customer centric. There might have been a few cases where customer was inconvenienced, those r true for all sites.
Also, eBay has been there since ages, Indian retailers came just now, it hasn’t been around so long and all over the world by sending stones
I think some people who bought X early r just jealous now, else in India no one worries so much abt others loss, as much that the other guy is not profited
for ebay seller rating and reviews are most important.
And handling ebay is easy enough. But choose wisely wen comes to sellers.
never faced any problem with ebay products even wen products were damaged or broken or not upto the mark.
Return the product, post the receipt on ebay, they will issue a coupon of the same amount!!
I wont suggest anyone to buy One plus x in ebay with seller warranty, Who knows you may even get a refurbished product. With even MFG warranty under question at amazon, heard lot of negative reviews about Oneplus after sales service.
If you are buying Onelpus X just get it from Amazon, Just for saving 1850 Rs dont buy it in ebay. atleast you have 15 days replacement policy, door pick up. Amazon will be ready to help you with service centres.
I think everyone knows that Amazon is selling smarpthones today at 3% off (exclusive coupon from desidime) and you get extra 5% off on gift cards. 0.97 (3% discount)*0.95 (5% discount on giftcards) = 0.9215 ..almost 8 % off.
I HAVE INVITE FOR YOU
IN82-32BB-F5D3-E212 CAN BUY ANY ONE ONLY within thee days
any one used post here for help other not to waste time
so tomorow wat wil the time for one plus x

Strangely , core.nic.in lists ebay as Consumer friendly brand and Amazon as customer unfriendly.

eBay can be anything, depends on how smart you can be
But amazon is different, they are always the same [Consumer friendly]
