Get 10% cash back in the form of Amazon Gift Card issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“Amazon Gift Card”) up to a maximum value of Rs.100 on your Pay with Amazon transactions during November 18, 2016 to November, 30 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”) on the seller websites mentioned under Offer Terms & Conditions hereto (“Merchants”) using Pay with Amazon checkout (collectively, “Offer”) subject to these terms and conditions.
For example, if you buy apparel worth Rs.750, you’ll get 10% cashback in the form of Amazon Gift Card worth Rs.75. If you buy a mobile phone worth Rs.2,000, you’ll be eligible to get the maximum cashback in the form of Amazon Gift Card worth Rs.100.
How can I avail this offer?

During the Offer Period, pay using Pay with Amazon and complete the purchase on the Merchant websites. An Amazon Gift Card of the eligible amount will be credited to your Amazon account by January 30, 2017.

Do I need a promo code to avail this Offer?

No need of applying promo codes to avail this Offer. The Amazon Gift Card will automatically be credited to your Amazon account, if you make a successful purchase within the Offer Period using Pay with Amazon.

Can I avail this Offer on more than one purchase during the Offer Period?

Yes, this Offer can be availed on every transaction done during the Offer Period.

Under this Offer, Amazon will provide 10% cash back to eligible customers with a maximum cash back amount of Rs. 100.

The Offer is valid from November 18, 2016 to November 30, 2016, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon or its Merchant(s) at their sole discretion.

These Offer terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or for any reason whatsoever.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer terms.

Amazon Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Amazon Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Amazon Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
