For discounts only such conditions. At the the time of payments, discounts are given and so on what to exclude and what to include is managed by website offering discounts. Whereas for cashbacks, how can your bank comes to know what you bought? So generally cash back are sitewide and discounts are product category wise.
The MAX casback per transaction is Rs.4000. So the best deal will be to buy something around Rs.26667
