I tried for HTC Explorer ,applied the coupon code in the Gift coupon section but nothing happened and the Citibank payment gateway opened . Earlier the same was reduced to Rs 9320 from Rs 10590. . I was planning to order this phone .

They have the worst customer service in terms of resolving queries and they don’t reply to queries for weeks.
