data rates are cheapest in CDMA (4GB @ 246 – 28 days). but for those who are on normal plan of voda this is a good offer

My app also shows 2GB+2GB offer… 4GB/month for 3 months @ Rs.1347.

Sounds better for heavy users (i.e. for those who are into DD all day long).

these operators charge more for post paid users

DoCoMo prepaid is relatively better priced at 127 for 1gb per month. Even BSNL/MTNL prepaid give it for cheap.
