but when the brand/manufacturer themselves are selling it and still use a prominently highlighted Disclaimer like →
Pre Discounted Merchandise cannot be Returned/Exchanged.
then
it (mostly) means that these are possibly out of fashion (or from previous seasons)
and/or stock returns from either of their verticals (on-line, physical distribution networks)
which they do not want to take back in their books or system at any cost.

speaking of any cost, Bata often does such ‘goods once sold will not be taken back’ sale of slow moving or dead items in its stores and SKUs under 50-60% off are selected as per their age in that particular store and the unsold quantities.
could once get good footwear (already at a flat 50-60% off) cheap, due to some discount vouchers we get as shareholders or for AGM etcetera.

those buying these from brand’s own site are better off first trying the product elsewhere for style or fit. because it looks like these will not be returnable.

the world is full of .. what can be referred to as } unjust disparity.
so even legitimate things or people get sidelined over the more high-decibel (ho halla types) things or people.
it can be discouraging and even make one wonder if it is all worth it.

but trust me, it might now seem so; but it is 100% worth it. If you do what you do and it is right, at-least you have had the satisfaction of having done it naa ?

Better stay away from them. It will takes years to ship and even though they ship, you should be the luckiest to get it delivered. Had many bad exp from them. Once I ordered 2 pairs, received only one. Now I ordered some days back, they sent it to some other address. Very odd customer service peoples, they wont hear your side and they will push their prejudice answers into your ears

Source? Offline store does have the stock with packaging date of May 2016.
