i am facing an issue
i just paid my airtel bb and landline amt but after debit it says “OPERATOR DOWN” and also below its written
“MESSAGE
Airtel Landline Andhra Pradesh is not able to process any orders at this time. We’ve received your payment & we will process your order once Airtel Landline is back up.”
My landline is not andrapradesh
anyone faced similar issue?

You should wait in these case if you cancel from your end payment may hang. I have faced same problem in Vodafone and waited at least 7 hour and order was success.
