Please check reviews about heating before you jump the gun. Few people reported battery temps > 50 degrees.

This is very exciting indeed but these POWERFUL processors do have heating problems. Hope they find some concrete solution to overheating rather than under-clocking/under-volting the processor.

P.S: I have an optimus G right now and that is S4 pro processor clocked at 1.5GHz. Battery temps easily go to 40 degrees and upwards with gaming. That’s battery temperature mind you. The actual chipset temperature at the back near top end is much more and battery is at the bottom end. I assume that processor-chipset temperature is anywhere > 60 degrees.

Some apps, mostly banking apps, require the phone to not be rooted.

That limitation can be overcome by hiding your root access to the banking apps !

Use Rootcloak + Xposed ! This will do the job.

Hello,

Thank you for registering for Early Access to Mi 3.

We regret to inform you that your registration for Early Access to Mi 3 was after the first 1000 entries.

The good news is that you can still buy the Mi 3, when it is launched on Flipkart on 22nd July at 12PM.

Since stocks would be limited, we recommend you to login & buy immediately 12PM onwards.

To ensure that all our customers can get their hands on Mi3, we are limiting orders to one phone per registered email id.

Warm Regards
The Flipkart Team

What? Why you even think about mi3 when you have optimus g? Kitkat is on the way. I tried Hong Kong Kitkat rom and its good. This phone will work at least one more year without any issues

numerous previous interaction (but only up to level of available team lead on the floor) over phone calls has given the indication that on the face of it FlipK is quiet firm that ‘manufacturing defects’ need to be addressed by manufacturer warranty. these were not w.r.t. any particular brand and last interaction happened in June end.

also, when on those limited occasions that i connected to an odd-ball sales agent and grilled them for more information than their personal comfort: they impromptu answered in typical rustic tone: ab (my name) sir; agar hum (FlipK) sabho sei box open piece wapas lene lagey tou.. [i usually converse in vernacular on most call centres and hence delhi belle came up with her explanation]

the query was, what if in the rare event that purchase being an electronic and a gift to someone; and s/he does not find it optimal; can we return it. FlipK agent asks: in the same condition as sent by them.
i reply: no; the gift receiver opens the headphone or mobile or tablet or optical disc (blu ray): and then we wish to return. will flipkart take it?

some agents say ‘yes’.. but in reality the ‘yes’ is only for seller: WS Retail and some agents like the one above gave a piece of their mind:)

the fact remains; that even AmazonIn too only recently came out with a marvellous game plan to give the buyer the option to return; that too when Amazon controls the costs fully [its Kindle]

neither FlipK can do so, nor they will.

they are under ‘t r e m e n d o u s’ pressure.
Socha tha makemytrip jaise Nasdaq listing karenge . but instead of infusing more funds into them (to help turn from red); the investors [V.C.s] gave them day-care work of shouldering the lame horse [myntra]

Lanka lutney ke pehle sainik bhi bhaag gaye.. most of their non-Lala mentality top and middle management left last year fuelling theories of Bansal & Cos high handedness

so you decide the likelihood

wow…what the fuck was that?

Dude, couldn’t understand even a thing u were saying…use some punctuation or some thing man…at least stick to one language. In the end, I was confused by what u were even implying : that FK wud entertain a return request or no??

Keep it simple or use some format mate..it’s like taking a hike thru the jungle..reading ur post. What have Nasdaq listings and top and middle level mgmt leaving gotta do with a product return?…Did I just walk into an online e-commerce economics & strategies class?
