My GPS doesnt seem to work.
What all i did..
Updated to v18 as soon as i switched on the phone…

After using for few hours after i found gps not working…

Went to recovery – Erase all data….Booted into rom installed playstore gapps..rooted phone…cleared gps.conf tried gps fix apps…no luck….:(

In google maps it still shows waiting for location and nothing happens…

Any suggestions.? I cleared data using recovery and not using Rom’s option of Backup & Reset.
Did i do something wrong?

Please switch on GPS and also gotto settings and allows google maps to use accurate location.

Be careful… most probably you will be contacted by some crook ebay seller who might offer to sell you this gadget at 16000 bucks instead of 14000 and even then most probably it will be a used phone…

Ordered on 29th and still not dispatched …. FK standard going down everyday

and badly need this phone coz i just sold my optimus g, if i does not get this phone then i have to get some nokia 1100 like phone for 2-3 weeks. some buddy who has ordered in past please send a pm so that i can revert with my address & please do not ask money for ordering.
expecting some one to help.

They have mentioned about cg3 in their mi india facebook page

Doesn’t have CG3. Friend dropped it on the 2nd day. Has been trying to get it repaired for 8 days. No help from Xiaomi’s customer service.

CG3 does not break at all? Asking as I dont know about it.

gira diya. We all know simply dropping a phone doesn’t cause the glass to shatter, especially when it’s Gorilla Glass.

Forget the debate about CG3 or not, he is frustrated with the customer service, which was the biggest concern of most people.

agar apni chizon ko dhyan se sambhalne ki aap ko aadat hai toh yeh phone + case chal jayega, mere hisab se.

I have suffered this, just one drop from 6 feet made its CG3 shattered.

CG3 is not break resistant it is scratch resistant. Don’t get confused of its properties.
