unable to login to my paytm app /or via browser showing error HTTP505 nor its loading in chrome browser and have mailed paytm but no reply since past houe and tlpaytm care on twitter just wasnt helpfull apart from robotic replies please help anyone facing issues

Not much amount in paytm wallet
Upgraded wallet 6months before
