I had placed an order on a Shirt (Order No: 12462347 ) around October till date I have not yet received the product.

The customer care executive have not responded to queries either disconnecting the calls or putting me on hold for longer period. They are not even initiating a refund.
I know my money has gone. Requesting others to use discretion.
