Dear sir,

It is unfortunate that despite calling me i.e. the customer twice, you
are not sincere in resolving my complaint.

It is totally your fault that you have despatched 38 inch size of
Shirts against ordered 42 inch size of shirts with duplicate/fraudlent
brand.

My patience is running out with your such behaviour repeatedly. As per
our last oral communication, you have agreed to take back the stock at
your cost through your courier and promised me full refund for my
order.

I demand that you tell me through email whether you adhere to your
above promise or not?

The notice served to you under consumer protection act, 1986 was for
15 clear days. You have shown your unseriousness repeatedly in
resolving my complaint resulting into deficiency of service.

For your kind information, I tell you that your action is punishable
under consumer protection act, 1986 with fine and imprisonment.

I have already served you a notice for your such act under consumer
protection act, 1986 through my emails [email protected]…om and
[email protected]…om and a concrete and sincere reply is still
awaited.

But the Product I received is completely different from what I ordered .. what i received is a Black & white short kurta very different from the one shown in the below picture & made of very cheap material.

I called up your customer care & they had asked me to return this product to your mailing address through courier.

By the way you guys wont believe I had similar experience with ebay.in!!
I lost around Rs.550/-. Bought battery for Nokia E5 and the seller sent one which on full charge could not stay for 2hrs with minimal usage.
He promptly agreed for replacement and sent me one and asked me to keep the faulty one with me.

Unfortunately he sent a battery which was not for Nokia E5!!
Seller offered me full refund + refund of shipping charges. I sent both batteries back to the seller and then never heard from him.
Did go to ebay customer service raised refund request and till day they did not reply. I chased them however nothing happened.
ebay’s buyer protection is a joke.

ebay is such a genuine company – many times from there point of view its seriously difficult to find out who is fraud.

I think apart from the mentioned site, buyer is also at fault. It’s equally a buyer’s responsibility to do proper research, go through reviews and not just fall for discounts/prices. Only when you are fully satisfied, go ahead and place the order.

In most of the cases we see that buyers blindly go for any advertised prices and then later regret.

I have similar experience with Myntra. Waiting for their refund… I will take necessary action after that. twisted

Be it online or offline, you are helpless while buying if the seller has the sole intention of cheating you on that deal. ‘Post-purchase behaviour’ is a different issue…

Timtara was close comparison to such pathetic service. There is another Bangalore hole-in-the-wall company mginger.com. Bangalore has a fair share of such crap companies. smile
