This is among the most unprofessional sites ever. Even the pictures on the site show how sloppy they are.

But, what will effect you is that you shop with hope and they could not care too hoots. The issue is not when you get some stuff (which you will if they can give it), but like all places the real difference is how they treat you when they cant give you your stuff.

These guys could not fix Internet banking for months. For some banks, it just does not work. So, what do these AH’s do, they call you and say ‘pay 50 extra and we will convert it to COD’. And, if they cant fix it, they say they are trying, or write again, or pay by card, anything…..but they just wont fix it!

And, what about your order that is converted to COD? You dont get any mail confirming this. But, it will be shown in My Account on their website. They take 3 weeks to deliver. So, you forget about it. But, if the product you bought is something you like, you check it close to delivery date and the ORDER IS NOT THERE!

You have no proof since they dont send you confirming mails. So, you write to the AH’s and what is the reply? Some bullshit reply is sent by some duffer at Customer Care saying (this is what I got) that due to Valentines Day rush, they had to cancel. Give me a break. Valentines day in July!

Bunch of total asses. There is a small bandwith around which they can do things right. (Even idiots can do somethings!) If you fall within that, you will get your order. Else, not even God can help you!

Be careful, this is a totally unprofessional site! If you love headaches, have lots of time to keep calling and writing to them and love vague replies, then go for it! Else, just avoid, there are plenty of other professional places to buy! These guys will anyway disappear with such lousy service!

99labels.com is nothing but an unpleasant experience. I have placed 10 orders with them in past 45 days but have received only 4 till now. They hold your money for 1 month and then they ship the order. That too they don’t ship the full order sometimes. They make you wait for 1 month and hold your money only to cancel part of your order that too without informing you. They don’t send emails at any step of order to delivery process. Only when you receive the package and open it, you realise what is missing and if something is needed to be returned, then you are responsible for shipping the product back to them at your own cost. You have no record with you that you placed an order except it your account. Once my order history was deleted by them when I received 4 out of 4 products in my order. You have to login to your account to check the order due to no emails. You don’t know what is going on with your order. The time to deliver is so long that you forget about it completely and when you get it, the excitement is already gone. They never keep you informed and when you run into some issue, you have to chase their worthless customer care. One of my order was not delivered even after a 3 weeks delay, so I wrote to them. Their reply was sorry there is a ‘slight’ delay with your order! What cheek they have.

Their prices too are not very competitive, you could buy the same products from rival websites cheaper and also get faster delivery, better customer care, better information and better everything.

If you can tolerate slow deliveries, bad customer care, no correspondence, no track of your order then 99labels.com may have some thing for you.

Thanks for your reviews kage01 and vishram. Had just stopped short of ordering from this website seeing the 21 days thing and hearing a lot of negative vibes around its brother-in-arms Bag it today. Turns out it was a good decision. Best not to have deals from these websites on DD.

I received a USED Swiss Knife from 99labels.com today. I paid Rs.850+75 delivery charge for it and waited for 1 month :-(

1. The body is full of scratches. Looks like it is used for many months.
2. The blades have dirt in them.
3. The battery for the light is dead.

I confirmed from Victorinox India that the knives are not completely sealed packed and can be taken out. I am sure someone from 99labels.com replaced his old knife with my new one because I had bought another Swiss knife from Fetise.com which was in same packing but brand new and untouched.

I had to spend money, wait for 1 month, click pictures, mail, call, go to courier company, spend money again. They just sent me a used product and wrote me an apology letter. What cheek 99labels.com have!

To add insult to injury, they kept my Rs.922 for 1 month to deliver me a used product. The best they will do is refund maximum Rs.100 as courier charges for returning the product. They will not refund money, but will give me credits in my account so I will have to make another purchase with them in future and spent another Rs.75 as delivery charges.

Hi All…

99labels is fraud company…

Out of my 9 orders..3 are from Apr..For sending items they took almost a month..and during this period..I moved to Pune from Bangalore. I changed my address before shipment but as per them they sent items to my old address and back to Delhi since I was not there. But when I see the bluedart tracking..shipement came to Pune rightly but without delivering/info. it sent to Bangalore and then back to Delhi. They once told me..because of address change they will try to redispatch to Pune. But now they are not even responding.

For 1 order CASIO WATCH..they shipped wrong item..and the item looks like used one/second hand..I had fight with them and they said first snapshot and then courier back to them and for that they would give 100 points for courier charges..I spent Rs 150 rs. for sending back to them but still they are not responding.

For two orders..its already 1 month completed but no dispatch from them. Other three orders also almost 15-20 days completed.

I suspect this is fraud company. I will goto any level to get my refund back. Still keeping cool.

If you can suggest some quick fix..please let me know..I already posted comments on their CEO’s portal but still no responce.

After I mailed 99labels.com the link to this topic, they replied to me saying that they’ll arrange a reverse pickup for the Swiss knife.

Kindly note that we are arranging a pick up for your order against the order number 9973xxx.

I cannot determine if it’s genuine so ,
I normally :

1) See the packing and looks.
2) Spray and smell if it’s good.
3) Check if it lasts for at least 1-2 hours.

If above works , most probably should be ok. In certain fakes , smell doesn’t last even 10 minutes.

and BTW does anyone get this funny mail from bagittoday telling u just won some crappy watch worth 2500 for free and u jus have to pay the courier charges of 499?? hehe i still LOL ROTF when i get that mail (yeah these guys suck… keep on spamming me with the same thing ova n ova). oh and i don’t have any idea which courier company they must be using that charges 499 for a delivery!!

2 off beat T shirts ( received in 25 days) ( MRP 330, i paid : 150) i knw at yebhi i could have got it for cheaper
Adidas Deo Pack ( received in 10 days) ( MRP : 660 , i paid : 315)
1 bvlgari Perfume ( received in 40 days) I was compensated for the delay smile ( MRP : 3000 , i paid 1625 plus i received credits)

Another thing i don’t like is shipping charges Rs 75, which are too high.
They shipped everytime with bluedart and once with Quantum.

bought adidas deos ,got them in just 5 days or so

then bought pigeon non stick, got it around 25 days but the price was just 300, half when compared to the market

3rd one is bought spin-well track pants ,wow deal really 100 % cotton that 2 for just 150 rs each

4th bought 3 shirts all delvered and quality is great

w8ing for sandals @ 150 each and pair of sippers

also bought Ferrari deos @ 350 each and got delivered in 4 days

only thing i want is they should take away shipping price

also should delver within 10 days
or
should not charge for cod

then there will be awesome

I cannot determine if it’s genuine so ,
I normally :

1) See the packing and looks.
2) Spray and smell if it’s good.
3) Check if it lasts for at least 1-2 hours.

If above works , most probably should be ok. In certain fakes , smell doesn’t last even 10 minutes.


lol by the steps you have mentioned you cant tell if its fake. Especially if its the first time you are ordering it.

very true mate and thats when the true character comes out, for instance c indiaplaza they made a mistake by sending wrong items thanks to crappy partner gasthiram, but india plaza had rectified there mistake and not only retained firt time valuable buyers but also made them there fans
