all my frnds i have purchased Nokia Bluetooth from sosasta.com
yesterday i got the delivery of product
i got the duplicate product
1>the box was not seal pack
2>the headphone was of not nokia..its of locat brand
3>the charger is of not Nokia
4>the charger was broken
now pls help me what should i do??

I had a similar incident with a fake Nokia BH-505 headphone from Fashion and You.
I have returned the product, but yet to receive a call or a message.

first contact sosata cc and tell them u want to return the item and get a refund as u r not satisfied with the quality
