I had bought this around 6 months ago and I’m quiet happy with the product. I have had no issues so far, infact I have not even changed the battery (2 AA, included by Airwick) or the refill. I saw someone requesting for a review in one of the threads and hence posting it here.

It has timers of 9, 18 and 36 mins I think……so it depends on the frequency, if you set it to spray every 9 mins, it will get over soon, also the on off buttons (which is also the frequency control button) is inside a casing, so you have to open it to turn if off or change the frequency which may be annoying at times. The reason it can become a little annoying is because its a little difficult to open the casing, you have to hard press the top button and then open the casing with the other hand (If you can do this with one hand, hands (hats) off to you https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif) Hope it had the controls outside, so you could easily turn it off and then turn it on during special ocassions https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif
The effect of this is better when you are using it a closed room with an Air conditioner. You can wall mount it (it has a slot at the back for a nail), but again, the position should be such that its not in level with the people sitting around but at the same time it should not be out of reach so you can easily remove it off the nail to turn it off (I don’t like it turned on always for various reasons…..increasing the refill life included)

However at times, you might feel that the frequency of 9 mins is too long (if air ventilation is strong or if the room is big, you might feel that the frequency should be about 5 mins, so that you are constantly surrounded by the aroma, especially while watching a movie) Unfortunately, the lowest you can set it to is 9 mins.

If you want to think of alternates, you get ones that work on electricity (somewhat similar to our Good Knight machines), but then again, they will occupy one electrical slot, plus the slot must be vertical (on the wall) so that the candle remains in contact with the liquid, so it may be little difficult to accommodate it in a surge protector or extension plug.

All in all, I think this is the best you can get, but would surely want something that is more easier to turn on and off.

At the moment, you can get it for cheap with or without applying discount codes at Indiaplaza (you get the same at Dmart and Bigbazzar, but with the coupon codes, indiaplaza falls cheaper = 280 i.e. 350 – 100 discount code + 29shipping)

If you just want the refill= you can get 2 @ 280 using the method above.

And as others have already posted, you can get this gift voucher by recharging at paytm.com (I think even freerecharge.in is giving indiaplaza coupons)

Thank you everyone….oh, and if indiaplaza is selling the ones that have the on/off/frequency control buttons on the outside, this product is highly recommended https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Sandal n jasmine is good. I found it better than rose and I have not tried lavender.

https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif its a matter of preference really, I have a ‘lemon’ flavor at home, which is not featured in the 3 flavors, but I’ve ordered for a sandalwood and a lavender flavor

Thanks for the review!

Ordered one in Indiaplaza. Got an SMS saying product dispatched on Sep 12, 2011. Its been 5 working days and still I haven’t got it.

In the accounts page, there was a consignment number starting with the letter “E”. Which courier service does it mean?
(Thoughtless people at Indiaplaza, mention the consignment number but not the courier service used. How’d they expect me to track it then?)

@Kage01: Bro, hope you can help me with this. Through which courier service was it delivered to you and how many days did it take?
