Aramex Couriers - A Patch in Courier Services

thts nothing!!!
once they showed on their side they have delivered some coupons
in reality they didnot
so i contacted freerecharge
i think they gave them a good spanking

so it read something like this

24/09/11 Shipment delivered
26/09/11 Shipment Out for delivery
26/09/11 Shipment delivered

that’s quite rib ticking @bling

bling same hhappened with me aramex guy said that he has delivered the coupons , i am still waiting in a mess

Yes they are very slow. For me First flight is best.

There’s a spelling mistake in Aramex logo – it was meant to be “Delay very unlimited”.

since everyone is sharing there aramex stories
here another one
i ordered some item from cilroy
frm differnt ids bt at the same time

so till the point it reached kolkata all entries where same

then came shipment delayed
so called up blasted them stating a 1 out of the 2 tracking nos.
they said they will deliver next day

next day came nothing came
so again called them blasted them

next day was a holiday

next day only 1 packet came tht too the one which i didnt blast them abt for

so by this time i gave up calling them
& learnt they will only ship when they want to
no amt of yelling shouting & blasting will make them deliver faster

Sahi me….Aramex s awful.
whenever i make prepaid orders frm yebhi…they’ll ship it using BLUEDART …. the best in the business…. All must agree.. but whenever I make a COD order…. it takes 4-5 days more than the regular 2-3 day shipping kyuki vo sab kisi mahaan courier company se aate hain… jiska naam ARAMEX hai

aesa kyu hai bhai…..any reasons ??
shud i talk to the yebhi CC abt this…..kuch ho skta hai kya?

bhai Bluedart do ship COD orders in other parts of the cntry…but when it comes to my place…all cod orders are shipped via aramex..its a bit frustrating.

i bought some stuff from indiaplaza which indiaplaza themself shipped after 2 weeks of ordering through aramex
and aramex did their part by keeping the item in their office for more than a week…

they hav an automated machine to answer calls to their main office and no one ever picks up!!
finally got their area manager’s number from their branch office at my place

here’s the best part…
i send them an enquiry about y the consignment is not delivered back in 2nd or 3rd week of october and they reply on Dec 8th that my consignment has been delivered on oct 28th!!

i have experienced a satisfactory service from aramex for all my orders(15-20) here in kolkata
received all my products within the time provided by the sites

When I order books from Flipkart on COD, they send thru BlueDart
Yebhi has chosen Aramex for COd to punish people so that everyone start prepaying them

Bluedart ships via COD for many small towns also…recently yebhi flippers which many ordered were sent by bluedart COD

I think bluedart is costly and obvioulsy aramex is cheap…that might be the reason

way back when bag-shit-today was bag-it-today 1 of my friend ordered a mtv sunglasses and they were sent via aramex , bag-shit took around 1 month to ship and aramex took 5 days and on the 5th day the item was delivered it seems, but actually my friend did not got the sunglasses , so he lodged complaint with bag shit and got the consignment number and when we tried contacting the cc they told us the item was already delivered and when we protested she said that a inquiry officer will be commissioned and will look into the matter of who had taken the parcel on behalf of friend

and the next day the aremax delivery guy called my friend and asked us to collect from a certain point and specifically asked not to come to the local office ,so we thought some thing was fishy and to know that we went to the specified place and when we met the delivery guy ,he handover the parcel and said he had kept it with him as he was unable to delivery the other night, also told that he has to deliver daily 80 packs or else his salary will be detected so to met the traget he had singed on behalf of my friend nad kept the parcel nad was no intention of nay fraud and wud had delivered it the next day and also pleaded that if any of the officer calls then ,to say that some 1 in our house had collect and we dont had the info , none called

all this for cheap rood side maal ,then we used to amateur e-shoppers

the same guy comes every time for delivery and he was true ,the poor guys had to deliver 80 to 100 perday as a target ,so the delays and also they r not given a specific area or a pincode of some sort so they cant do the job ,also there logistics r a big mess

whereas in bluedart each guy has to deliver only 60 items perday and they r given a specific area and many times i get some package in the morning and another package in the evening itself, this is because they get a morning flight around 7 and another 1 in 2 pm ,they r well organized and through professionals unlike the aramex

note—- the delivery targets i mentioned was shared by the delivery guys

Aramex has been good for me. Not as good as Bluedart or FedEx but still OK. All FB products come by Aramex

Another example of lazy Aramex. This saga continues.

ordered a mobile accessory from flipkart.com…and they sent my courier via Aramex..and it still hasnt been deliver… it has been more than one week…everyday there is only one thing in the courier status on Aramex website. Shipment on hold- delivery rescheduled for next business day

jaahil couriers = aramex
i cancelled a deal with printbooth.in coz they were adament in shipping thorough aramex only.
inse saamaan mangana yani tension mein pade raho. deliver hoga ki nahi ? kisi aur ko to nahi deliver kar denge.. kuch bhi karsakte hai jaahils
