Atterobay.com- A great Experience

My experience with Atterobay.com was great. I had a Sony Ericsson sk17i. I used it for 1 and 1/2 years. Its glass was broken. I looked for options for selling it online and found Atterobay.com.It is a site for recycling old mobiles. The process of recycling/selling old mobile is very simple.

I got a quote of Rs.2563/-. Thereafter they sent me a packaging for sending the mobile. After I confirmed receiving the package , they picked up mobile from my premises at Guwahati,Assam.After receipt of the mobile they inspected the mobile and thereafter credited my account with Rs.2563/-.The whole process took about 20 days.

As whole it was great experience and from my experience I can recommend selling your old mobile at atterobay .Their customer service is very prompt.I will be glad to deal with atterobay in future also.

Strictly avoid, they show high estimates but once you send your phone, they offer 70% less price. This is my first hand experience for 2 of my phones iPhone 3G (Quote: 2123, Revised Offer: 900) & LG Optimus 2X (Quote: 1855, Revised Offer: 600).

I recalled both my mobiles back and both were damaged to some extent or the other (iPhone cover loose, headphone jack broken, speaker dysfunctional, LG cover partially broke, speaker randomly working.

Their pickup & drop was the only professional aspect encountered by me.

Unless your phone is completely broken and no one else is buying it, I suggest everyone to stay away from Atterobay.
