I replied them as below as per my experience:
I got to know from you guys that display of my sent device is not working. What working status you guys needed? Wanted to just clarify it to you(not needed but still for your betterment) that, I bought Moto G4+ recently, to be honest my Nexus 5 is much more crispier and quicker in display touch and response than my new phone. By the estimation you guys sent saying ‘display not working’, I thought the screen broke or some bad things got carried out by middlemen during transit. Now also I checked, it is the same as I sent and working as intended. I agree camera is little bad comparatively. But what better you needed from display perspective. Anyway hard luck guys, a phone of Rs.35000 is estimated at Rs.170? I hope you guys are loosing many bugs in transit itself. Wish you guys a very very best of luck in your future 🙏🙏.

Order No : TN2016102037254. They have quoted 11500 for my iphone5 64GB white. Once after I sent my phone they offered only 156Rs.But it was in good condition, they told it was not working.So I asked them to return. They returned me the wrong phone. It’s Iphone5S black color in disabled mode.They also took my charger.
I had contacted their customer care and explained. I also I sent the IMEI, Serial number of my phone.Initially they said it was a exception case, so I waited for few days.Finally they sent me the mail saying that they have received that same phone which they sent to me.

Seems they are having the habit of cheating people and taking their mobile. Better sell your phones at local mobile shops.
